We designed an intervention with the goal to simplify the driver's license application process, offering personalized support to guide applicants through the detailed pre-visit preparations and the in-office steps at the DMV.

The unpredictable wait time... it always takes much longer than I expect

Beginning a complex process can be daunting, for individuals unfamiliar with the system

It can be intimidating to start a process, especially for my immigrant parents

feel unsure about the process so I usually depend on friends and my online community
